Our conference center includes retractable walls offering the availability of 1 to 3 rooms. Our 8,000 sq. ft. space can be divided into smaller 2,600 sq. ft. sections to accommodate smaller events.
Each room features audio/visual equipment; including a projector and an overhead sound system with wireless microphones and convenient outlets for audio and/or visual presentations.
Other amenities offered for your event include; a 24×24 dance floor, custom size stage, dressing rooms and commercial kitchen.
Pricing
Valley Park offers a variety of packages that are specific to your event. With so many options available, we have something to fit anyone’s budget and needs.

What is included in my rental?
We offer a venue of opportunity for any event. Our facility is truly a blank slate that can be decorated to fit the needs of your event. We offer tables, chairs, a dance floor, inside staging, audio/visual equipment, microphones, podium, and other options. We will work with you to optimize the space to fit your style and event.
Do you offer catering?
We do not offer catering services; however, the good news is, there are no requirements on what catering services you use in our facility. This allows you to find something that fits your budget and needs for your event!
What is your alcohol policy?
Alcohol is only permitted inside our Conference Center and Sleepy Hollow Golf Club is the only contracted and licensed vendor to sell or serve alcohol in the premises. Please contact Sleepy Hollow Golf Club directly for all options for your event at 304-757-9416
Are there hotel accommodations in the area?
Yes! Putnam County offers several options for overnight stays. Valley Park Conference Center is located between Exit 34 and Exit 39 with fantastic hotel options at both exits. The best part is, we are only 10 minutes away from all your options!
