FAQ

Frequently asked Questions

What are the rules for the pool?

Safety is a two-way street and a shared responsibility.  We have lifeguards, but knowing where your kids are and their swimming abilities is on their guardian.

All minors should be under parental or guardian supervision at all times, the lifeguards are not babysitters!

Lifeguards monitor guest safety but should not be considered supervision!

No Running or Littering around the pool!

Never assume someone else is watching your child!

All life vests have to be Coast Guard approved with a stamp!

No Jumping into the wave pool while the waves are on!

Tubes Rentals are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE!

You are not allowed to bring personal rafts, inflatables, styrofoam objects, fins, masks, snorkels, and pets!

Why don't you get more tubes ?

There is a balancing act of safe number of people and tubes in the water for safety.  Tubes obstruct the view of the bottom of the pool, so we limit the number of tubes in the water to maintain guest safety.

Can I drop my kids off?

No.  We are not a babysitting service.  While we understand that many teenagers can be on there own and act responsibly, there are many others that can cause a safety risk for our staff and customers.

Can we bring in coolers?

Yes! You can bring coolers. However, glass and alcohol are not permitted. All bags and coolers will be checked at the door to ensure safety of all pool guests.
